MUSTARD DILL SAUCE

Used with Smoked Fillets and Sausages

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 sour cream
1/4 cup good fruity mustard
2 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice or more to taste
2 TBS fresh dill or more taste

Mix above ingredients together and refrigerate until use.
